About Our Organization
Wediko is a not-for-profit organization serving children, families, and schools. Wediko’s mission is to improve children’s lives through a range of therapeutic services and programs which are tailored to fit each unique child and situation. From summer and year-round residential programs on our 450-acre, wooded New Hampshire campus to school-based and home-based interventions provided by clinicians in Boston, New York, and New Hampshire, Wediko strives to collaborate with families and schools to improve outcomes for vulnerable children.
Why Invest in Wediko?
Wediko believes that every child is capable of achieving higher levels of social, emotional, and academic success. Every child deserves the opportunity to have fun, to learn, to make friends, and to feel safe. We join together with families, schools, and the community to help children grow and achieve.
Wediko seeks to provide the most effective services possible to “high risk” children and their families through a continuum of psychological and educational services to children with serious emotional and behavioral problems. While tuition and school contracts are our primary source of revenue, they cannot cover the total cost of providing for the educational, social, and emotional needs of Wediko's students. Every year, friends, alumni, and business community members contribute toward Wediko’s financial stability, growth and overall mission.
